Guestuno is a platform that helps users discover and request reservations for selected vacation rental properties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Guestuno acts as a booking and communication platform and is not the owner of every listed property.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this website or make a reservation.
3. Property Information
We try to keep all listing details, photos, descriptions, amenities, rates, and availability accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or changes may occur, and availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed.
4. Pricing and Payments
All rates are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Total booking charges, including any applicable fees, taxes, deposits, or cleaning charges, will be shown before final confirmation whenever applicable. Payment may be required in full or in part to confirm a booking.
5. Reservation Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. A reservation is only confirmed once the guest receives written confirmation from Guestuno or the property representative.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, refund, date-change, and no-show policies may vary by property or reservation. The cancellation terms shown at the time of booking will apply to that reservation.
7. Check-In, Check-Out, and House Rules
Guests agree to comply with the property’s check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, community rules, parking requirements, and house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay without refund, where permitted.
8. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for keeping the property in reasonable condition during their stay. Any loss, excessive cleaning, damage, missing items, violations of house rules, or fines caused by the guest or their group may be charged to the guest.
9. Host and Third-Party Responsibility
Each property may be owned or managed by a different host or property owner. Guestuno is not responsible for disputes, personal injury, theft, accidents, delays, service interruptions, building rules, utility outages, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any specific liability, if applicable, will be limited to the amount paid by the guest for the reservation processed through Guestuno.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful purposes,
- provide false or misleading information,
- attempt to interfere with the website’s operation,
- copy, scrape, or reuse site content without permission,
- use the platform to spam, harass, or defraud others.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, branding, logos, images, and layout, is owned by Guestuno or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
12. Privacy
By using this website, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. If you submit personal information through forms, inquiries, or reservations, that information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
